To preserve institutional security and operation privacy, all packages are shipped using blank, non-descript industrial packaging boxes. The exterior layers carry zero indications regarding specific chemical SKUs, SARMs, or biochemical contents.
2. Thermal Protection & Transit Control
Bioactive configurations, peptide formulations, and liquid research reagents are sensitive to extreme environmental shifts. Our logistics desk deploys specialized thermal barrier shielding vectors to insulate materials from UV waves and extreme heat spikes while items travel across regional transit frameworks.
- Domestic Courier Transit: Standard tracking links are dispatched to your automated communication e-mail as soon as parcels clear local distribution scans.
- Cross-Border Logistics: International routing is subject to domestic destination regulations. The buying entity accepts full administrative legal liability for inspecting localized legal constraints and clearing import mandates in their jurisdiction.
Mandatory Security Protocol: Zero Return Acceptance Policy
To guarantee strict chain-of-custody tracking and enforce absolute batch purity control, Lawless Labs enforces a permanent zero-return policy on all active research chemicals and compounds. We cannot accept return shipments of chemical components back into our inventory facilities because it introduces environmental contamination variables. Once a compound vial exits our secure logistical chain, its integrity cannot be validated for resale.
3. Transit Fractures & Damage Claims
If your package encounters intense mechanical trauma or structural fracture during courier transit, it must be reported immediately to prevent loss of laboratory data. To process an expedited priority replacement compound batch, you must adhere strictly to the following parameters:
- Document the unboxing sequence with high-resolution digital photographs displaying the damaged, unopened inner vial structures alongside the original exterior shipping label tracking metadata.
- Transmit the comprehensive diagnostic images to orders@lawlesslabspro.com within forty-eight (48) hours of recorded courier drop-off.
- Claims submitted past this strict 48-hour window or reports showing signs of post-delivery vial alteration will be systematically dismissed from validation queues.
4. Address Integrity & Unclaimed Shipments
The buyer carries exclusive responsibility for providing a complete, totally accurate, and accessible shipping routing address. Lawless Labs will not issue refunds, alternative batch credits, or re-routing options under the following scenarios:
- Parcels intercepted, delayed, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities or regulatory boards due to localized chemical compliance restrictions.
- Fulfillment failures triggered by inaccurate postal addresses, missing laboratory suite identifiers, or incorrect name allocations entered into the checkout panel.
- Parcels marked as delivered by the courier channel that are subsequently missing from local external drop zones.
